Dave talks about how he and his wife started in real estate investing full time, retiring from their jobs after he was involved in a near-fatal accident. They haven’t looked back since and currently have 33 dwellings, with over 200 tenants living in those, giving them the financial freedom to raise their three children in North Bay and continue to do what they love to do every day.
There are many avenues to take when investing with no money down and Dave goes through each of them and how it is possible to have the financial freedom you desire without having to use any money of your own.
