In this episode, I talk with Brandon Crombeen about how you can make money doing just that, investing alongside the largest developers. A former professional hockey player who played for the Tampa Bay Lightning in the NHL, Brandon talks about how he makes money investing with the larger developers.
Who doesn’t wish they could make money and still have time for vacations with family and friends? Well, one of the ways you can do that is by investing alongside the largest developers in the real estate market.
Brandon explains that something he missed while playing professional hockey was the amount of time he was away from his children. Being a Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at Greybrook Realty Partners has given him the freedom to not only spend time with his family, but also to continually provide for them through this venture.
Beginning his transition from the hockey world to the real estate investing world while he was still playing hockey, Brandon spent his offseasons working on getting his Bachelor of Science degree in business, focusing on finance. After working at Greybrook offices after gaining his degree during the later offseasons, it made the transition to start working for the company after retiring from his 10-year professional hockey career.
Working alongside those large developers will bring you constant cash flow and opportunities as these companies have their finger on the pulse on the real estate market. So, working with these companies is a great way to build your portfolio as well as your wallet.
If you are interested in investing with bigger companies and want to watch your income rise with the numerous opportunities it will bring you, check out this video to hear Brandon share his story on how he makes money this way, and how you can, too.
