What makes Sam a great person to talk to about bidding wars in real estate? His 30 years of experience does. He began working as a real estate agent in the early 90s when he honed his skill and found himself working for REMAX in Mississauga in 1998. His team was ranked best in the city every year until he opened his own brokerage in May of 2012. While working at REMAX, his team was among the top 4 teams throughout the globe for four of the 14 years he spent there.
